Key Responsibilities For The Hotel Director Of Sales Include

The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales and driving revenue growth.

  • Sales Strategy Development:
    Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve the hotel's revenue goals.
  • Market Analysis:
    Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Revenue Management:
    Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing, occupancy rates, and revenue streams.
  • Client Relationship Management:

What We are Looking for in a Hotel Director of Sales:

  • Prior experience in a hotel sales leadership role; 2+ years preferred.
