Recruitment Manager – Head Hunter, Manhattan, KS.

We need someone to build and lead our recruitment function from day one.

You'll own candidate delivery. When a CSM closes a deal, you make sure we deliver quality candidates fast. You'll manage recruiters, set sourcing strategy, and ensure quality across all placements.

• Build and manage the recruitment team
• Set sourcing strategy by role type and geography
• Ensure candidate shortlists are delivered on time
• Quality control on all candidates presented
• Manage ATS and recruitment processes
• Report on recruitment metrics and pipeline

• 5+ years recruitment experience

• BPO, staffing agency, or RPO background ideal
• Strong English communication
• Metrics-driven
• Experience recruiting across multiple geographies a plus
