Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle, end-to-end salaried recruiting efforts across the United States
• Collaborate with other TA team members, managers & HR teams to gain a solid understanding of our organization
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with hiring managers and HR teams
• Serve as a talent advisor who consults with leaders on effective strategies
• Partner with business leaders to develop hiring strategies aligned to workforce plans
• Create, cultivate, and maintain ongoing relationships with professional organizations
• Coach and support junior members of the TA team
• Conduct market research and share talent intelligence

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of professional recruiting experience
• Possess hunter mentality with the ability to manage projects or processes and work independently
• Experience using a multitude of sourcing and recruiting related tools
• Ability to align talent acquisition team objectives with business priorities to ensure top performance
• Must be detail-oriented with project and time management experience and skills
• Proven positive communication skills, including the ability to connect with people internally & externally
