Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst to collect, prepare, and analyze data to support business decision‑making and operational reporting.

• Collect, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Build dashboards, performance reports, and standardized visualizations.
• Apply statistical methods to analyze performance trends and business outcomes.
• Execute recurring analytics processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and maintain procedural documentation.
• Translate business requirements into clear analytical outputs.
• Support automation and workflow optimization for reporting and analysis.
• Contribute to cross‑functional analytical initiatives with increasing independence.

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, business, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2 to 4 years of related analytics experience.
• Proficient SQL and data querying skills, ability to work with moderately complex datasets.
• Strong Excel or similar tool skills.
• Ability to translate data into insights and communicate findings to stakeholders with some guidance.

• Salesforce experience.

Base Salary Range: $72,200.00 – $. Non‑sales positions may participate in a bonus program.
