Relativity in Kansas is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to diagnose and resolve software and network issues for a mix of technical and non-technical customers. You will handle tickets in Salesforce and communicate by phone and email, escalating as needed, while building deep product and SQL knowledge. The role reports to the Manager of Customer Support and requires a U.S.
citizen with the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 9 hours, 7am–7pm Central.
