Job DescriptionOther duties as assigned. Assists with updating data associated with product conversions, and participates in the design or maintenance of par location item layout. Inspects and accepts deliveries, ensuring products match packing slips and identifying delivery locations. Completes replenishment, picking, and receiving processes in the computer to maintain accurate records. Tags capital equipment upon receipt and communicates necessary information to purchasing.
Resolves invoice discrepancies related to purchase orders and prepares items for return. Delivers supplies, equipment, and packages to customers, ensuring accurate location delivery. Picks up return items, performs daily par cart inventories, and delivers supplies to assigned areas. Establishes relationships with clinical departments to ensure collaboration, and provides feedback on par level adjustments. Ensures par areas are orderly, properly tagged, and sufficiently stocked.
Disburses materials to various facility locations according to established routes and schedules. Maintains warehouse and other assigned areas in a clean, safe, and organized manner.

- Understanding of receiving processes and basic materials management (Preferred)

High School Graduate or equivalent (Required)
