• Inspect all products for accuracy against quality standards and deliver them to customers safely, courteously, and on time.
• Support the restaurant by performing other workstation duties such as making quality products, preparing ingredients, and taking orders.
• Prepare the delivery vehicle before each shift and learn the delivery area.
• Check orders for quality and accuracy, follow proper delivery procedures, and provide quality customer service via positive, professional interaction in person or by phone.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers, and deliver pizza to individual customer homes.
• Receive and process telephone orders and handle sensitive, confidential customer information responsibly.
• Execute credit transactions and make bank deposits as necessary.
• Work as part of a team, being on time for shifts, supporting other workstations, and completing all closing duties, including cleaning, at the end of each shift.
• Navigate the designated delivery area, including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
• Operate, clean, and maintain equipment and the facility daily.
• Perform inventory, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk‑in cooler, and complete associated paperwork.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Manipulate a vehicle safely (obtain a valid driver’s license, acceptable motor‑vehicle record, proof of insurance, and proof of vehicle).

Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, and hand tasks are required. Activities involve lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing up to 7.5 pounds, and reaching above 72 inches. Working conditions include varying temperatures, exposure to food fumes, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500 °F.

Exposure to adverse weather when retrieving trash, delivering, and couponing; in‑store temperatures range from 36 °F to 90 °F+; sudden temperature changes; fumes from food odors; exposure to cornmeal dust; cramped quarters; hot surfaces/tools; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Requires good vision, hearing, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license under state law with a satisfactory motor‑vehicle record, proof of insurance, and a suitable vehicle.
• Ability to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Cross‑trained and able to perform other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed.
• Bilingual in certain markets (preferred).
• Non‑exempt, hourly position with split pay based on in‑store and on‑the‑road rates.

Perform all job duties safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with the company's uniform, appearance, and operational standards as well as federal, state, and local laws.
