Pay: $28.96/hr. plus fringe benefit of $9.87/hr.

The Painter, Maintenance paints and redecorates walls, woodwork and fixtures. Work involves the following: knowledge of surface peculiarities and types of paint required for different applications, preparing surface for painting by removing old finish or by placing putty or filler in nail holes and interstices, and applying paint with spray gun or brush. This person may mix colors, oils, white lead and other paint ingredients to obtain proper color or consistency.

In general, the work of the maintenance painter requires rounded training and experience usually acquired through a formal apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience. Other duties as assigned.

• Employees may be subject to immunization and testing requirements pursuant to Client and current Company requirements.
• Employees must meet the requirements of the federal credentialing process to access the facility, which includes but is not limited to obtaining facility access (aka PIV card, smart card, access card, badge) and meeting ongoing training and access requirements.
• Employees may be required to participate in the select agent program which would include additional background investigations, training, and performing work in a bio containment facility, as well as meeting ongoing program requirements to maintain eligibility and compliance.
