Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, HVAC Tech / Heating Engineer
Viking Restaurants is seeking a maintenance technician
who will help maintain and repair equipment.
You will also learn the planned routine
maintenance for upkeep for 7 Burger King restaurants. This is a full-time
position that requires open availability and travel
The Burger King Locations are:
Little Falls MN,
Wadena MN, Staples MN, Benson MN, Valley City ND, Wahpeton ND and Mobridge SD
Job duties include:- Facility preventative maintenance – on site training provided
- Equipment Repair and Preventative maintenance – on site training provided
- Basic computer skills
Typical schedule will be days Mon-Fri Will include on-call shifts --nights – weekends
Work schedule will offer overtime
Requirements:- Could be based in any of the above mentioned locations as well as the Brainerd and Alexandria areas
- Must be 18 yrs. old with a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to drive to our various locations with company provided truck/van.
- Working with company provided tools and maintenance equipment.
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must pass post-offer background check – including motor vehicle
- This position is also responsible for effectively working with and communicating with members of the BK management team at the restaurant level and above.
- Must be able to work independently
- Refrigeration HVAC experience.
- Mechanical/electrical experience.
- Diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience.
- Wage - $20 - $30 per hour – depending on experience.
- Overtime will typically be required
