Retail Manager

Join our Retail team at our Downtown Manhattan branch as a Retail Manager! Our Retail team is the face of the Bank, focused on building quality relationships, offering helpful product and service solutions, and protecting the financial security of our clients.

Retail Managers lead a team of retail bankers and build and maintain strong relationships with our clients by ensuring that they have an excellent experience. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for leading, training and supervising retail branch employees while providing a superior level of service through example, guidance and motivation. You will also consult with new and existing clients to assess their needs and provide personalized solutions.

We are looking for someone with proven leadership skills that can create a positive work environment for the team and promote a culture of exemplary client service through example, guidance and motivation. Wages start at $50,000 to $68,000 per annum based on experience. Employee benefits include 401k, health, dental and vision insurance and paid time off.
