Kansas City Travel required between Wichita, Kansas to Marshall, Missouri.

Full‑time / Exempt. Reports to Division Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in utility vegetation management or related field.
• ISA Certification required.
• Valid CDL & Med Card required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills – bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Self‑starter, demonstrating initiative.

• Assist with meeting financial goals by planning effective use of manpower, work methods, proper trimming and equipment operation.
• Train and coach employees, evaluate performance, provide feedback.
• Administer, communicate and enforce supervisory and economic work practices with field employees.
• Promote positive relations, handle personnel matters, exercise fair and reasonable judgment with HR.
• Assign work to crew members and supervise tree clearance work.
• Adjust to field requirements.
• Maintain contact with customers, property owners, the general public, other contractors, utilities and government agencies.
• Communicate professionally on behalf of Wright Tree Service.
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
