• Lead day-to-day store operations to deliver a fast, friendly, and clean guest experience
• Drive sales, manage expenses, and achieve store goals
• Hire, train, coach, and motivate team members to perform their best

• Ensure shelves are stocked, products are fresh, and the store is always clean and ready
• Create excitement around new products and promotions to engage guests
• Manage scheduling and staffing to meet business needs at all times
• Protect company assets through strong inventory control, shrink reduction, and operational discipline
• Maintain safety, security, and compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Analyze store performance and implement action plans to improve results
• Develop future leaders by mentoring and training your team

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Previous management or transferable leadership experience preferred
