Manko Window Systems, Inc. is seeking an individual for the position of Production Laborer in Manhattan, Kansas. Production Laborer involves fabricating and producing top quality glass products, utilizing hand tools and specialized industrial machinery. Performs all other duties as assigned. This is a full time non-exempt position reporting to the department supervisor requiring 40+ Hours a week. Typical Production Laborer schedule is approximately Monday to Friday, 7am – 5pm.

Duties/Responsibilities- Assist in the assembly and production of windows according to established specifications and guidelines.
- Operate and maintain various machinery and equipment in adherence to safety protocols.
- Handle materials and components with precision, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the production process.
- Perform meticulous quality checks on finished products to identify any defects or imperfections.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to achieve daily and weekly production targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize efficiency and safety.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays as required, based on production demands.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Wear proper safety equipment.
- Organized and have an eye for detail.
- Ability to use specialized computer system.
- Ability to adapt to changing production priorities.
- Be able to read a tape measure.
- Be able to read English and do basic math.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Be able to properly utilize hand tools.
- Must work well on a team.
- Prior experience in manufacturing.
- Prior experience in construction.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED).
- Be able to lift up to 90lbs.
- Be able to stand or walk up to 10 hours a day.
- Be able to walk, reach forward, and have bilateral hand coordination frequently.
- Must wear all required PPE.
