We're looking for skilled, self‑motivated, and quality‑driven welders to join our growing production team at our brand‑new Manhattan, KS facility! As a PTMW Welder, you'll bring designs to life fabricating parts and assemblies for custom OEM projects built to meet exact customer specifications.

You'll work in a clean, well‑equipped environment alongside talented teammates who share your commitment to excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.

• Interpreting and following proper welding procedures and welding symbols on drawings.
• Using calibrated measuring tools (measuring tapes, squares, etc.) to properly fit up assemblies.
• Utilizing industry tools and equipment – hand, pneumatic, electric, and battery‑powered tools; plasma cutters, oxyacetylene torches, and carbon arc.
• Welding parts in various positions, processes (GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW), and materials (steel, aluminum, and stainless steel).
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment and the work area.
• Following all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Assisting in other areas of production as needed or as assigned.
