* Job Description:

*** Lead up to 30 production employees in a common work team to attain quality, safety and production targets by establishing and managing the priorities of the work team.
* Focus on the safety of work area and facility
* Execute plans provided by Production Manager
* Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency. Works to improve processes, timeliness and reduce costs by eliminating non-value added activities.
* Participate in operations projects including RIWs, CI, and Standard Processes
* Provide team training and coaching, as well as provide input regarding annual performance evaluations for team members.
* Perform production activities such as operating machines and equipment along with team member subordinates, leading by example, and pitching in to help out the team in whatever capacity is needed.

* Required Qualifications:

*** 3-5 years of manufacturing experience
* Welding experience preferred Top candidates will also have:
* Experience in manufacturing fabrication
* Good interpersonal skills
* Ability to work overtime to support production demands.### ###
** Summary Pay Range:**$26.93 - $40.39
