Operate capsule imprinting machines to produce finished pharmaceutical products.
Rotate between printing and finishing areas to support production schedules.
Perform finishing and weigh counter activities to meet quality requirements.
Follow safety, quality, efficiency, and teamwork standards at all times.
Maintain reliable attendance and support shift and schedule requirements.
Complete cleaning tasks in print booths and production areas as needed.
Support continuous improvement by completing additional assigned tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds.
Ability to meet established color vision testing requirements for the role.
Experience working effectively in a team-based manufacturing environment.
Ability to exercise judgment and make independent decisions when required.
Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
