- Support the presentation process from start to finish
- Create compelling and memorable presentation materials reflecting innovation and customer focus
- Lead the creative process and incorporate animations, digital audio, and video into presentations
- Develop custom pitch strategies
- Modernize proposal resources to improve finalist-stage outcomes
- Offer strategic insights and suggestions
- Mobilize resources and support creative development of custom presentation materials
- Lead internal preparation and debriefs
- Provide oral coaching to teams
- Review debriefs and share insights
- Collaborate across teams to deliver an excellent participant experience
- Report to the Director, Bid Management, who reports to the VP of Marketing
- 2-3 years of strategic presentation development experience
- Excellent understanding of the sales cycle, customer acquisition/retention strategies, and sales objectives
- Understanding of presale development process and project execution experience
- Strong PowerPoint skills with experience incorporating video and audio content
- Basic knowledge of general graphic design principles/concepts, including composition and layout
- Degree or expertise in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Travel required
- Experience with Qvidian or other presentation content management software tools is a plus
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) is a plus
- Experience with Teams, Webex, Dialpad, or similar virtual meeting software is a plus
- Industry certificates/accreditations are a plus
Demonstrates expertise in strategic presentation development, incorporating multimedia elements to enhance engagement and effectiveness. Proficient in collaboration and communication to deliver impactful presentations that align with sales objectives.
