Wilson Medical Center offers a $20,000 commitment incentive bonus. Position is in‑person with a schedule of 3x12+ days, rotating weekends and holidays.

Our 22‑bed Med Surge unit is split onto two floors with a nurse‑to‑patient ratio of 1:5/6. The unit is staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Patient Sitters, providing care for patients on dialysis, diabetes, heart disease, geriatric care, and post‑surgical recovery.

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to the patient's condition and age.
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation related to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Be responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Perform timely and accurate quality improvement (QI) assessments.

• Current state RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
• New graduate RNs welcomed; one year of RN experience preferred.
