Registered Nurse (RN) – Seward, Alaska

Providing compassionate care that is accessible for all—especially those who are poor and vulnerable.

The Primary Care Nurse is responsible for the resident care of a specific group of residents, supervising the nursing team, coordinating referrals to clinical support, families, and physicians, and serving as the primary point of contact for elder information.

• Supervise nursing team members and report to the Director of Nursing.
• Coordinate referrals to clinical support, families, and physicians.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for elder information.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Alaska Registered Nurse license upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification upon hire.

• At least 6 months of nursing experience in a health‑care facility (acute care, long‑term care, or rehabilitation center).
  Experience in supervision or leadership.

• Temporary RNs receive free housing and a complimentary rental car.
• Salary range: $43.12 - $66.95 per hour, with possible shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, and bonus opportunities.
