** We are seeking a Full Time Day Shift Registered Nurses to join our Medical/Surgical team. This role provides flexible scheduling while allowing you to make a meaningful impact in patient care. Our nurses are a vital part of our mission to provide compassionate, high-quality healthcare to our community.### Summary The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care to patients in the Medical/Surgical unit by assessing patient needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.###

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
* Monitor patient condition and report changes to the physician and care team
* Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies
* Provide patient and family education regarding care, treatment, and discharge instructions
* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
* Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
* Respond effectively in emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions### Qualifications
* Current license in the State of Kansas (or compact license)
* BLS certification required
* Previous Medical/Surgical nursing experience preferred
* Strong communication and critical thinking skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
