In This Role, You Will:- Support surgical procedures while maintaining a safe, sterile environment
- Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers during surgical cases
- Prepare the operating room with necessary instruments, supplies, and equipment before procedures
- Verify patient information, procedure details, and surgical site according to safety protocolsi>
- Perform surgical counts with the scrub team to support patient safety
- Complete accurate, timely documentation throughout the patient care process
- Assist with room turnover between cases to keep the schedule running smoothly
- Current RN license in the state of Kansas
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Operating room experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset

Qualifications and Education Requirements- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Kansas
- Current CPR and ACLS certification
- OR Experience preferred but not required
- Demonstrates ability to stand and/or walk at least five hours per day
- Demonstrates ability to lift and/or carry over 20 pounds on a regular basis
- Demonstrates ability to push/pull over 25 pounds on a regular basis
