Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA

Wilson Care & Rehab in Wilson, KS is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team.

• 12‑hour shifts
• 3 day weekends every other weekend
• Never work more than 3 days in a row
• 7 days off every 14 days
• Average 2 hours of overtime per week
• Starting hourly rate: $18.00
• Sign‑on bonus: $2,500

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide total care for residents, including:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care, and catheter care.
• Performing care per resident plan of care and CNA assignment card.
• Visiting residents and repositioning as required.
• Recording vital signs—temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight—and conducting range of motion as needed.
• Observing and reporting changes in condition, attitude, reaction, appetite, and behavior.
• Maintaining confidentiality and complying with HIPAA requirements.
• Providing excellent customer service and building relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.

• Completed a state‑approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Current Kansas certification/registration to practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.
• Experience in a geriatric nursing facility preferred (not required).
