• Licensure/Certs: Active RN license in Kansas, BLS, ACLS (AHA or ARC) required
• Experience: Orthopedic experience (Zimmer, Arthrex), Total Joint, Sports Med, OR experience in various specialties

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: Varies based on experience, starting at $31.35/hour (approx. $65,208/year at 40 hrs/week)

What You ll Do:

• Provide expert nursing care in a multidisciplinary surgical environment, primarily orthopedic cases such as total joint replacements and sports medicine procedures
• Assist with various specialties including ENT, GYN, Spine, Urology, Cataracts, and General Surgery
• Prepare operating rooms, assist with procedures, and ensure patient safety throughout
• Scrub in for surgeries, manage sterile fields, and support surgical teams
• Enter accurate documentation using Meditech Expanse or similar systems
• Support OR throughput and efficiency in a fast-paced setting

What You Need:

• Active Kansas RN license (unencumbered)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC)
• Minimum of 2 years orthopedic surgical experience, especially with Zimmer and Arthrex products
• Ability to work independently and in a team, multitask effectively
• Flexibility to float as needed to support SPD and other departments after orientation
