Manage post-surgical inpatient patient care, including monitoring vital signs Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Observe for postoperative complications and escalate as needed Collaborate with nursing staff and healthcare team during overnight shifts Document patient status accurately and thoroughly Respond to emergencies, with physician on-call support Ensure compliance with unit protocols and safety standards What You Need:

Required:

Valid Kansas or Multistate RN license BLS and ACLS certifications Prior experience in Med Surg or inpatient surgical units Strong assessment skills and ability to work independently overnight Preferred:
Experience working in a similar inpatient setting Ability to handle multiple patients efficiently during overnight shifts About the Assignment:
