Landscape Install Foreman
Reports to:
Landscape Supervisor
- Receives and reviews jobs sheets from Landscape Supervisor.
- Loads, unloads and drives landscape trucks to and from jobs, ensuring proper materials, supplies, and equipment are available
- Maintains accurate records of crew travel time, equipment hours, installation time, etc. for customer billing
- Prepares plants, fertilizes, waters and mulches all landscape plantings as required.
- Installs rock walls, landscape lighting, ponds/water features. May perform basic irrigation work.
- Operates skid steers, rototillers, trenchers, chainsaws, sod cutters, brick saws, and any other landscape equipment necessary
- Communicates with customers to confirm customer preferences and job specifications.
- Snow Removal, including snow plowing and shoveling in the winter months
- Other duties as required
Previous landscaping experience
Knowledge/ Skills/Abilities- Basic Plant Knowledge
- Valid Kansas CDL or ability to get one
- Able to operate skid steer
- Able to operate landscape equipment
- Able to lift 80+ pounds on a regular basis
