H&M Sales Advisor - Manhattan Town Center
- Part‑time
- Compensation: USD 13.00 per hour
As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell our products and offer support and guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to share relevant information for the best customer experience. You will also work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, working closely with the store team to deliver an outstanding experience.

While working at H&M, no two days are the same. A typical day will include the following responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and the OMNI experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service.
- Engage and have conversations with customers to offer excellent service.
- Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store.
- Effectively promote and sell our products to customers.
- Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
- Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
- Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.
- Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers.
- Use your product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers.
- Transfer and share your service, fashion, and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues.
- Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store.
- Give and receive feedback with your colleagues to learn, develop, and support each other.
- Participate in relevant onboarding, introduction processes, and trainings and courses relevant to your role and future development.
- Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure excellent garment care.
- Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes.
- Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house (including stockrooms).
- Support garment presentation, execution, and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends & stories according to visual & commercial guidelines.
- Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.
- Maintain best practice for any in‑store OMNI Services & in‑store tech services/tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc).
- Support opening and closing of the store.
- Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role and responsibilities.

- Experience with customer service in fashion, retail, or other service‑related industries.
