In this dual role, you will handle both receptionist and cashiering duties with precision and poise:
Customer
Experience:
Greet customers warmly, answer a high volume of inbound/outbound calls on a multi-line system, and handle inquiries or payment issues promptly.Service Coordination: Schedule service appointments and collaborate with service advisors and mechanics to ensure accurate billing for services rendered.
Transaction Management: Process payments (cash, credit, POS), balance your cash drawer daily, and maintain accurate transaction records.
Fleet Support: Assist with the check-in and check-out process for rental vehicles.
Administrative Excellence: Scan, file, and maintain service records while ensuring the cashier’s desk and waiting area remain clean and organized.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional personal appearance and friendly attitude.
Mathematical
Skills:
Ability to handle financial transactions accurately with strong attention to detail.Physical Stamina: Ability to move throughout the facility, stand for long periods, and occasionally lift between 10 lbs and 25 lbs.
Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in using computers and repetitive data entry; familiarity with point-of-sale software is a plus.
