Dealer Tire, a family‑owned distributor of tires and parts, seeks a Retail Tire Sales Representative to work inside premium OEM automotive dealerships. The role focuses on building customer relationships, selling tires, and supporting store operations.
Key Responsibilities- 2+ years of retail, service, or sales experience (automotive experience preferred).
- Outstanding verbal communication and customer‑service skills.
- Natural relationship builder with strong sales instincts.
- Comfortable using computer‑based tools and order systems.
- Base pay: $28.34–$30.85/hr at start.
- Target annual commission: $13,200.
- Guaranteed commission for up to 2 months during onboarding.
- Medical, dental, vision.
- 50% 401(k) match up to 7%.
- Paid time off: eligible after 30 days, up to 19 days annually.
- 5‑day, 40‑hour work week with additional personal time.
