Wage Range: $15.75-$19.00/HR

The Flex Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests
• Utilize technology devices throughout shift
• Conduct tours of the property
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must have above‑average computer/technology skills
• Must have excellent customer service and team leadership skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Must remain calm and professional during stressful situations
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift
• Must have a professional demeanor
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid & effective judgment and appropriate escalation
• Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre‑employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
