Crew Members carry out the day‑to‑day production needs of the company, ensuring quality workmanship. Crew Members are reliable team players who may be assigned to projects in multiple sectors, including Commercial roofing, Glass & Glazing, and/or Sheet Metal.
Essential Functions- Set‑up, maintain, and clean‑up project sites to ensure safe work practices and OSHA compliance at all times.
- Efficiently measure and cut project materials.
- Install various roofing materials to construct a weatherproof roof for our customers.
- Install metal wall panels & soffit panels, parapet coping & cut miters, standing seam roof panels, flashing & trim, fascia, panel sills, & profile closures (Sheet Metal).
- Properly manage all assigned tools, equipment, and material.
- Report any safety concerns immediately, stopping work if necessary for safety.
- Report on‑time, ready to work, and ask for clarification and assistance as needed.
- Adhere to standards of conduct and company policies at all times.

Education and Experience
- 3+ years experience in construction or roofing (preferred).
- OSHA 10‑hour training (or ability to obtain).
- 2+ years experience in general construction.
Physical Requirements
- Pass initial drug test and participate in random drug test program.
- Able to obtain security clearance on military job sites (preferred).
- Ability to perform elevated work (work on rooftops, heights).
- Bending, kneeling, walking, lifting, carrying (up to 75 lbs) (daily).
- Outdoor environment in all types of weather (8+ hours per day).
- Valid transportation required to report to job sites.
