Shop Mechanic

Shop Mechanic – Full Time

Monday - Friday, some Saturdays

Satterfield Construction Company is hiring a full-time Shop Mechanic to help keep our fleet and equipment running strong. This is a great opportunity to build your career with a company known for safety, teamwork, and long‑term success.

• Diagnose and repair company vehicles and heavy equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance in the shop and on job sites as needed.
• Communicate with the Shop Foreman on repair status and priorities.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.

• Experience: 2+ years of diesel or equipment repair preferred.
• License: Valid driver’s license required; CDL is a plus!
• Mindset: Reliable, safety-focused, and ready to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility: Willing to work overtime or Saturdays as needed.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical shop work.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
