** We’re looking for  skilled, self-motivated, and quality-driven Maintenance Technicians to join our growing production team at our brand-new Manhattan, KS facility! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair both electrical and mechanical systems. This role requires working on a variety of industrial equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime in our operations.

This first shift position runs Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.

* Job Duties:

*** Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of industrial equipment, including electrical and combustion motors.
* Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, with a strong emphasis on 480V 3-phase systems.
* Conduct mechanical maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure efficient operation.
* Diagnose malfunctions and determine the best course of action for repairs.
* Work with PLC systems, motor controls, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
* Operate industrial equipment safely, including forklifts, scissor lifts, and other maintenance tools.
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with company safety standards.
* Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving equipment efficiency and reliability.
* Perform other duties as assigned or as appropriate.## Qualifications

* Required Qualifications:

*** 1-2 years of experience in industrial maintenance
* Mechanical experience with the ability to work on both electrical and combustion motors.
* Proficiency in operating industrial equipment and understanding of equipment safety protocols.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Knowledge of 480V 3-phase electrical systems.
* Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
* Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding.
* Certification in industrial maintenance or related field is a plus.
