Journeyman Roofers

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Roofers for projects located in the Manhattan, KS area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $24-30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Install TPO, EPDM, PVC, and modified bitumen systems
• Perform seam welding using hot-air heat gun
• Install flashings, coping, drains, and terminations
• Assist with insulation and membrane layout
• Follow roof plans and manufacturer specifications

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of commercial flat/low-slope roofing experience
• Experience with TPO heat welding equipment
• Ability to read blueprints
• Must have basic roofing tools (fully tooled is a plus)
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
• All PPE
