Maintenance Specialist

Lift Your Career to New Heights with CJ Logistics! We’re looking for a Maintenance Specialist to keep our logistics center in tip‑top shape. From carpentry to HVAC and everything in between, you’ll be the go‑to expert for repairs and maintenance.

Pay Range: $25‑28 per hour

Schedule:

2nd Shift B (Tuesday – Saturday), 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

• Fix a wide range of tasks – carpentry, plumbing, electrical work – keeping the warehouse running smoothly.
• Serve as the go‑to expert for welding, HVAC repairs, and other maintenance issues.
• Inspect, report, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Plan and perform preventative maintenance to keep all tasks on schedule.
• Follow CJ policies and safety regulations to maintain compliance.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in basic building maintenance trades.
• Proficient with manual and electrical tools.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 25 feet.
• PC literate; experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to follow instructions carefully.
