US Department of Defense - - Responsibilities:
Perform wide variety of journeyman skilled trade and craft duties involved in the maintenance and repair of building, grounds, structures;
Prepares surfaces using pneumatic chipping hammers, wire brushes, sand blast equipment, steam jennies, files, and scrapers;
Perform painting, carpentry, and plaster repairs;
Use sketches, blueprints, drawings, and piping diagrams to layout new components of systems or repairs existing ones;
Perform a variety of tasks in connection with the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of buildings, related structures, fixtures, and grounds at the project and in the operation.
