Treatment Foster Care Specialist

• Coordinate TFC cases including conducting home visits, supporting foster parents
• Hold treatment review meetings and foster parent support meetings
• Complete assessments and other paperwork
• Provide crisis management as needed
• Participate in recruitment, training and licensing of treatment homes
• Available to families 24/7 for crisis support
• Work with other team members and report to Treatment Foster Care Manager

• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or other human services related field
• Positive, unflappable attitude
• At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening
• A valid driver’s license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.

Demonstrates expertise in coordinating treatment foster care cases, conducting assessments, and providing crisis management support. Strong ability to engage with foster parents and families while ensuring compliance with licensing and training requirements.
