Full Stack Developer

Requirements Must have:

• We require an associates or bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• We expect 2–5 years of software development experience.
• We value experience building applications with .NET, Java, or similar object-oriented languages.
• We look for hands‑on experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
• We need understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.
• We want knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web application development.
• We seek strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• We require excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• We prefer a self‑motivated person who is eager to learn new technologies.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with ASP.NET Core, Blazor, Angular, React, or comparable front‑end frameworks.
• Preferred qualifications also include experience with Microsoft Azure or cloud‑based development.
• Preferred qualifications include use of Git Hub or other version control systems.

• We assist with user training and provide technical support for internally developed applications.

In this Full Stack Developer I role, you will help design and support business applications that improve our internal systems and processes across the organization. You will work across both front‑end and back‑end technologies, collaborate closely with users and stakeholders, and contribute to our digital transformation efforts. This is a hands‑on position with opportunities to build new applications, enhance existing platforms, and support ongoing modernization work.
