Flatlands Logistics, LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner - in our 7th year! We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and independent people with a "can do" attitude to join the launch team at our brand-new delivery station in Manhattan, Kansas. Now hiring 40 Delivery Associates for our Manhattan launch. Paid training classes begin October 5, 2026.

DDK2 is scheduled to begin deliveries around October 22, 2026 (Amazon sets the final launch date). Group interviews are held in person in Manhattan – pick your time when you apply.

Starting wage: $22.50/hr base – top performers earn the equivalent of $24.25+/hr with bonuses

Shift Time(s):
approx. 9:20am start – 10-hour shifts, 4 days/week (exact start time confirmed 1–2 weeks before launch)

How our drivers get to $24.25+/hr:

• $22.50/hr base pay
• 10-hour guarantee – finish your route early and you are still paid for 10 hours
• Scorecard bonus up to $1.25/hr for top safety and quality scores
• $15 for every rescue you complete
• $300 referral bonus for every driver you refer who gets hired

Performance bonuses (scorecard, rounded-up hours, rescues) begin after your first 8 weeks of delivering.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Load and unload delivery vehicles with packages to be delivered
• Drive safely, following GPS coordinated route, following all traffic laws
• All routes are designed to be completed within 10 hours. It is expected to complete your route in the time allotted.
• Deliver products to customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Report any issues or problems to management immediately
• Have reliable transportation (to and from work) to ensure attendance.

Though we aim to offer fixed work schedules, delivery drivers must have some degree of flexibility, particularly during Prime Week and during the holiday season. Full time drivers are required to work at least 1 weekend day.
