Senior Accountant

This role supports financial operations across multiple hospitality units, including reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close. It requires strong hospitality accounting experience and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset in a fast-paced environment. Description
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
* Record journal entries, including accruals and prepaids, and perform account reconciliations
* Manage balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accurate supporting documentation
* Contribute to month-end and year-end close across multiple entities
* Oversee payables, receivables, bank reconciliations, and cash activity
* Track and reconcile revenue from POS and other operational systems
* Support accounting functions across diverse hospitality and multi-unit operations
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and performance metrics
* Support tax filings, audits, and regulatory compliance requirements
* Maintain organized financial records while ensuring adherence to GAAP and internal controls Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field
* Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience, ideally within hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or multi-location environments
* Strong grasp of GAAP and core accounting principles
* Exposure to multi-entity or multi-site operations is advantageous
* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Experience with POS systems, accounting software, and payroll tools is preferred
* CPA license, or actively working toward it, is a plus
