Job Description

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy in execution.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets company and industry standards.
• Track project progress and report any delays or challenges to management promptly.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and records as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - New York - Construction should have:
