Job Description
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy in execution.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to provide updates and address concerns.
- Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets company and industry standards.
- Track project progress and report any delays or challenges to management promptly.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and records as required.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - New York - Construction should have:
- Strong knowledge of construction management and on-site operations in the property industry.
- Proficiency in reviewing blueprints, drawings, and technical plans.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making on-site.
- Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.

- Competitive annual salary ranging from $139500 to $170500.
