Senior Project Manager

Execute specific tasks within projects, including drafting communications, systems build-out and testing, and creating project evaluation and presentation materials. MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL INTERIORS CONSTRUCTION GC EXPERIENCE Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, providing a clear historical record of decisions, systems, procedures and communications involved in each project's completion Client Details Great company to work for. Description Plans, organizes, and participates in the coordination, development and implementation of projects, programs and strategic initiatives to meet strategic goals. Provides management support to leadership. Works closely with leadership to ensure timely completion of projects and initiatives.
** Must have Commercial experience with high-end residential and retail projects & interior fit-outs*
* ** Must have a degree related to construction management, civil engineering, etc
** Profile Hard working, driven, career oriented, and a team leader. Must have experience with ground up/commercial work in hospitals/medical facilities. Should have a degree in construction management, civil engineering or related to those. Experience needed with Procore & Bluebeam.
