You'll play a leadership role in developing some of New York City's most distinctive residential communities. Description Lead multiple ground-up residential and mixed-use development projects simultaneously. Manage the entire development lifecycle from acquisition through project completion. Prepare and maintain detailed development schedules, budgets, and milestone tracking. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Develop and update project pro formas and financial models.

Perform feasibility studies, sensitivity analyses, and return-on-investment evaluations. Monitor project budgets, cash flow, financing draws, and overall financial performance. Coordinate with lenders, equity partners, and EB-5 stakeholders as applicable. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop pricing strategies and launch plans. - Manhattan should have:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field. 8-12+ years of real estate development experience. Experience managing multifamily condominium or mixed-use developments in New York City. Strong understanding of: NYC zoning and land use DOB permitting process Construction management Development finance Project scheduling Proficiency in Excel financial modeling. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication.
