Description Oversee daily jobsite operations on commercial/corporate interiors projects Ensure full compliance with NYC DOB regulations and safety standards Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and inspections Coordinate closely with Project Managers to keep projects on track Drive quality control, punch list completion, and timely project delivery Profile A successful DOB Superintendent should have:
