Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial construction projects throughout Manhattan. This role is responsible for overseeing project delivery from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Lead multiple commercial construction projects throughout Manhattan Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and risk mitigation Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders Oversee project teams to ensure successful execution and delivery Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures Support business development efforts and client relationship management Profile A successful Senior Project Manager candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience Proven track record managing projects valued at $50M+ preferred Strong knowledge of NYC construction practices and regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
