Description As Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Assist the Project Manager with the day-to-day management of high-end residential projects Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and consultants Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders Track project schedules, budgets, procurement, and material deliveries Assist with project documentation, meeting minutes, and progress reporting Participate in project meetings and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders Conduct site visits and work closely with the Superintendent to ensure project progress Help identify and resolve project issues before they impact schedule or budget Utilize Procore and other construction management software to maintain project documentation MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.

Profile A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: 2+ years of construction experience, preferably with a General Contractor High-end residential interior renovation experience is strongly preferred
Experience with townhomes, brownstones, penthouses, apartments, or luxury co-op renovations Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Procore experience is a plus Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred but not required Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
