Description Support Project Managers throughout all phases of construction projects Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and documentation Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and consultants Track project progress and help ensure milestones are achieved Assist with project reporting, cost tracking, and closeout activities Help maintain project quality, safety, and client satisfaction Profile A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: 2+ years of construction experience with a General Contractor Commercial interiors project experience is required Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
