This role requires close collaboration with project managers, subcontractors, and workers to maintain progress and safety. Description Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless operations. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and enforce site safety protocols. Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications. Maintain accurate records of project progress and report updates to stakeholders.

Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain quality standards. Inspect work to ensure it meets project specifications and quality expectations. Assist in budgeting and cost control by managing resources efficiently. Experience with managing on-site construction projects in the property industry. Strong knowledge of safety protocols and construction best practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate effectively. Problem-solving skills to address and resolve site challenges quickly. Proficiency in construction management software is a plus. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $139,500 to $170,500 annually.
