Description Evaluate and underwrite LIHTC transactions, ensuring compliance with program regulations and company standards. Analyze financial models and projections to assess project feasibility and profitability. Collaborate with syndication teams to structure deals and secure equity investments. Prepare detailed investment memos and present recommendations to decision-makers.
Conduct market research and due diligence to identify potential risks and opportunities. Coordinate with developers, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate project execution. Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines post-closing. Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in affordable housing. In-depth knowledge of LIHTC underwriting and syndication processes. Strong understanding of affordable housing programs and regulations. Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and market research. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Educational background in finance, real estate, or a related field. Job Offer Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $150,000 USD.
