Underwriting Associate​/Senior - LIHTC

The Underwriting Associate/Senior will play a critical role in evaluating and analyzing Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) transactions within the property industry. This position requires expertise in underwriting, syndication, and affordable housing to support the development and success of impactful housing projects. Description Evaluate and underwrite LIHTC transactions, ensuring compliance with program regulations and company standards. Analyze financial models and projections to assess project feasibility and profitability. Collaborate with syndication teams to structure deals and secure equity investments. Prepare detailed investment memos and present recommendations to decision-makers.

Conduct market research and due diligence to identify potential risks and opportunities. Coordinate with developers, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate project execution. Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines post-closing. Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in affordable housing. Job Offer Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $150,000 USD.
