- Provide Finance support to the Technology, Digital & Innovation Office (TDIO) leadership including review and management of the TDIO profit and loss (P&L) statement, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance reporting.
- Provide financial oversight and tracking of TDIO-related investments that reside outside of the TDIO P&L, ensuring visibility into total spend and business impact.
- Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to understand and monitor capitalized expenditures, depreciation schedules, amortization, and applicable financial addbacks.
- Serve as the primary Finance liaison for the software asset tracking tool, collaborating with Finance, Procurement, and TDIO stakeholders to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and process alignment.
- Drive process improvements and reporting automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across TDIO financial operations.
- Provide strategic leadership to the firm by ensuring the finance department is acting as a business partner through analysis of financial results and trends, identification of risks and opportunities, and making actionable recommendations to support decision-making.
- As TDIO reporting capabilities evolve and become more streamlined, expand financial support and analytical responsibilities across additional Selling, General & Administrative functions and cost centers.

- Bachelor's degree required.
- Five (5) to eight (8) years of related work experience required.
- CPA License preferred.
- Ability to prioritize, be attentive to details, and maintain confidentiality while proving exceptional client service and quality.
- Ability to work independently with technical competence in accounting.
- Demonstrated effective leadership skills, along with organizational, analytical, problem-solving and computer skills.
- A sense of urgency and a commitment to timely completion of projects.
The pay rate range for this job position are listed below. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees. The national pay rate range is $98,230 to $186,220.
