Temp Senior Compliance Officer

Description Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies within the financial services industry. Conduct compliance risk assessments and develop plans to mitigate identified risks.

Provide advice and guidance on regulatory matters to internal stakeholders. Review and enhance compliance policies and procedures to align with current regulations. Monitor and report on compliance-related issues, including preparing documentation for regulators and senior management. Collaborate with the legal department to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations. Deliver training to employees on compliance standards and best practices. Stay updated on regulatory changes and recommend necessary adjustments to compliance programs.

Requirements 10+ years of Compliance experience within Capital Markets or Investment Banking. Strong expertise in Equity Research Compliance, Control Room, and Information Barrier regulations. Deep knowledge of SEC, FINRA, MNPI, Regulation M, and Research Analyst rules. Experience advising business stakeholders on wall crossings, restricted lists, and sensitive information. Proven ability to manage regulatory risk and support fast-paced business environments.
